It is a great addition to the dining room to match the other Maestro dimmers. Great product By Jeremy (Dinning Room) on 7/22/2009 Great product to use. No more pulling the chains on the ceiling fan/light. Remote control makes this even easier and convenient to use from anywhere in the room. It allows you to independently control a ceiling fan's light and fan even if your wiring is only a 2 wire system. Before I installed this product in all my bedrooms, family room, and kitchen, I would turn on a switch and get the fan turned on when I wanted the light or vice versa. The Maestro dimmer features are also very nice. I particularly like the the delay and fade to off features. By pressing and holding the control for a couple seconds, you can have enough time to pick up some things and exit the room with the light on. The slow fade feature is elegant and convenient. This is particularly convenient when leaving a room for the night.
